Craze Movies scores 4.3M views on November 2010

Yep, another record in views for full-length movies over the CrazeTV network – 4.3M on Nov 2010.

We’ve put lots of work in the last months, in packaging our movies catalog into specific genre channels and distributing it to targeted channels – and seems like the results are starting to show.

And this time it’s even much more impressive, as it’s a 1.1M increase from our previous record of 3.2M, back in September.

We’ll shortly post some screenshots of our new channels and update on new movies that have just been acquired – stay tunes for more exciting news!

Thanks again for all the comments and great feedback from our viewers and clients – we listen to your suggestions and remarks and definitely going to implement some of them.

CrazeTV Movies now live on Vizio Internet TV

The past week has been extra-busy, as usual. We’ve been attending the Streaming Media West show and right after

straight to the AFM in LA (more on that in the next post).

But first, we’re thrilled to announce that our CrazeTV Movies widget/app for Yahoo Connected TV is now live on the VIZIO app gallery! What it means is that VIZIO Internet TV owners can install the app with a few button clicks and instantly enjoy a quality selection of full-length movies for free.

We are going to enhance our movies selection in the next weeks, starting with a fantastic catalog of fascinating Music Documentaries, that is being added today.

What is Yahoo Connected TV? On the surface, it’s an on-board TV content apps service from Yahoo, similar in concept to Google TV & Boxee. The big difference is that Yahoo CTV is shipped built-in with Wi-fi TV’s from VIZIO, SONY, SAMSUNG & LG. There’s no need to get a set-top box like in Google TV, Apple TV or Boxee. It’s all inside from the moment you turn the TV on.

This is why Yahoo Connected TV is considered as a  strong player in the evolving “Interactive TV Apps” battle that’s becoming heated with the launch of Google TV, Boxee, Roku and Microsoft Media center.

The widget was developed together with Widget Realm.

CrazeTV tops the recommended clips chart on Adobe Media Player

CrazeTV clips on AMPs recommended chart

Yup – clips from our channels are on 1st, 2nd and 3rd places all together :)

And actually not just that, we are also dominating the full recommendations list with 6 titles from various channels (see screencaps below).

As we keep adding more and more content to CrazeTV on AMP (Adobe Media Player), it’s becoming an amazing source for music fans all over the world. With over 800 clips (out of 7000 titles catalogue), we are already the biggest music network on Adobe’s player, hosting a selection of top music videos, interviews, behind the scenes and exclusive live shows footage.

And seems people just love the clips ;) As we said many times around shows and conferences: the value in back catalogues and past hits never fades away. People will always like to watch, listen and explore archive music, and there’s an interesting challenge in finding new interactive ways to enhance this experience.

The great thing about Adobe’s player, is that it allows us to create any form of interactive overlays, and experiment with these new ideas. And we are working on it….what would you say about a nice trivia box floating near the clip?

We’re going to add a lot more content over the next week – starting with a load of interviews with great bands and artists, such as Nickelback, Tom Petty, Timbaland, 30 Seconds t Mars, Snoop Dogg (!), and more. We’re going to feature it with a nice showcase slideshow, like we did with the exclusive Kool & The Gang live show, a few weeks ago.

Oh, and if you’ve got great video content and would like to be featured on CrazeTV – just contact us . We’d love to hear from you.
